the willow house was a fucked up little house we used to call home while we were at tyler school of art together. the house was condemned by the city. now we're all scattered all over the place, far from willow ave. i thought this might be a good way for us to keep in touch and share music and whatever projects we're working on. maybe also give each other a kick in the pants to make art or whatever.

The version of this on slade alive is sick.
yeah, this is pretty amazing. maybe i should delve into some slade? i've never really explored second-tier glam too much actually. but i have friends who are really into it.
I don't know if I'd peg them as second tier glam. They were one of the better power units going around at the time, right up there with ten years after, UFO, the groundhogs, etc. And just like those bands, they stayed in business too long and got illegal. Slade up to alive is great, though, and well worth the listens.
by second tier i meant in reputation rather than quality. meaning they weren't as high profile as bowie, t.rex, etc.
