i hope this rumor is true and lee perry shows up and performs at the grammys with his ridic backing band

a friend lent me the new scratch perry record 'repentance' back in october and i only recently got around to listening to it. it is not half bad in fact some of the songs are good. in a weird way it is similar to the record mark e smith made last year with mouse on mars. (von sudenfed) however it is not as atonal or harsh as that record can be. lee is very conversational on repentance.
