i've known about a couple of archive sites like project gutenberg that put up books by authors whose copyrights are long expired like old translations of marx, nietzsche and the bible, but this is the first ive seen of this kind of thing in blog form with full isssues of time and the economist thrown in with old out of print novels:

i like the idea. imagine being able to download a copy of the lost charles willeford novel where he makes hoke mosely as loathesome a being as he can after he was sick of writing novels about him.
