possibly one of the most perfect songs. i used to listen to this and tujena over and over.

...you can't sink the titanic...
the willow house was a fucked up little house we used to call home while we were at tyler school of art together. the house was condemned by the city. now we're all scattered all over the place, far from willow ave. i thought this might be a good way for us to keep in touch and share music and whatever projects we're working on. maybe also give each other a kick in the pants to make art or whatever.

there's another dream song on a later album-- one of the less memorable 90's ones, where he talks about how his cats throw up when he feeds them chicken? does anyone remember that? i remember laughing out loud the first time i heard it. it's kinda awesome that they have more than one "dream" song.
also, the stuff where joe sings is generally more my style than the rodney ones. this song makes me want to revisit my youth.
