The beginning made me think of cartoons I used to watch in Brazil (huge Japanese population in São Paulo), but toward the end I realized I had never seen it. Who knew these guys would've turned into hip hop and some sort of electronicaesque peoples.
micronauts were great but ufortunately flimsily made. i lost all the little white hands and feet pretty quickly. Autechre has a song called Acroyear 2 named after a micronaut villain.
I asked for acroyear 2 every year for xmas from about age 4 to 8. i think it was probably discontinued around then and my poor mom tried unsuccessfully to find it year after year until i finally stopped believing in santa claus. it sort of became a running joke in my family after that.
the willow house was a fucked up little house we used to call home while we were at tyler school of art together. the house was condemned by the city. now we're all scattered all over the place, far from willow ave. i thought this might be a good way for us to keep in touch and share music and whatever projects we're working on. maybe also give each other a kick in the pants to make art or whatever.

My favorites were the gold dude on roller skates, the grey time traveler that came with a sarcophagus and the all clear time traveler.
